What do you do in your workshop in Berlin Pankow?

In our workshop in Berlin Pankow we repair computers and laptops, remove viruses and malware, back up and recover data, and upgrade hardware (e.g. SSD, memory, graphics). On top of that, we build modern, search-engine-friendly websites — tech and web from a single source.

Do I have to bring my device in, or do you come to me?

Both are possible. You can drop your device off at the workshop, or we come to you on site if you prefer — across all of Berlin, with a focus on Pankow. Travel is charged on a time basis from €25 (round trip combined).

What does a diagnosis cost?

The on-site diagnosis costs €20. Only then is it clear what's wrong with the device — and you get a transparent quote up front. There are no hidden costs.

Which devices do you repair?

Mainly PCs and laptops (Windows and other systems). We take care of hardware such as mainboards, displays, power supplies, fans and batteries, as well as software and virus problems and upgrades. For unusual devices, just tell us briefly what it's about — then we'll assess whether we can help.

Is my data safe during a repair?

Yes. We handle your data carefully. On request we back up important files before the repair, and with defective hard drives or SSDs we attempt data recovery wherever it is technically possible.

How long does a repair take?

That depends on the fault and on the parts required. Smaller issues are often done quickly, while more complex repairs take longer. We tell you the expected duration up front with the quote and get back to you within 24 hours.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop by?

It's best to get in touch shortly beforehand — by phone, via the form or through the online calendar. That way we make sure someone is there for you and has time for your request. We're available Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 18:00.
